COLOR ANODIZING
Following the formation of an aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) layer through the anodizing process, the surface is dyed using high-quality organic dyes. The color is then permanently sealed within the anodic layer by a high-temperature sealing process (above 90°C). A range of over 30 standard colors is available, with custom color matching offered to suit specific functional and aesthetic requirements.
As the dye penetrates deeply into the microporous structure of the anodized aluminum oxide layer, the resulting finish exhibits exceptional color stability and durability. The anodic coating is highly resistant to peeling, fading, and abrasion, even when subjected to mechanical stress or demanding environmental conditions.
